We stand behind our products. If something doesn't work as advertised and we can't fix it within a reasonable time, we'll refund your purchase.
Refund window
Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of purchase.
Conditions
- The product must not work as described and we must be unable to fix the issue.
- Your installation must meet the documented technical requirements (PHP version, extensions, hosting environment).
- Installation issues caused by third-party plugins, custom themes, or modified core files are not grounds for refund.
- Custom development work (paid hourly or by project scope) is non-refundable once delivered.
